Buttercup Cheese  is committed to customer satisfaction. Most orders ship within one to two business days. We use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail for shipping orders. Although we strive to fulfill the order in the most efficient and cost effective manor, the shipping costs are only estimates based on the order total. In many cases shipping may be less than the estimated cost, and on occasion may be more. 

We do not have any hidden handling costs. All shipping costs are calculated based on actual cost to us at the time of the shipment. If shipping costs are dramatically different than the estimate, you will be contacted to authorize the additional expense before shipping.

Buttercup Cheese is committed to our customer's complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may contact us and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will refund your money for your purchase using the original account information within the first 15 days after your receipt of product. We will in most cases require the product be shipped back to us at your expense using a traceable, insured carrier. We will not be able to refund the amount of the original shipping cost, however if the RMA is determined to be a quality issue that is within our control to prevent, we will ship the replacement product of equal value at no additional expense.

In some cases we may ask you for personal information, such as your email address, name, home address, and home phone numbers. If you choose to make a purchase, you may be asked for your credit card number and billing address. 

For purposes of our monthly newsletter, sale promotion, etc. you may receive an unsolicited email from us describing new information about Buttercup Cheese, or to offer you a product at a reduced sale price. If you make a purchase, your credit card / monetary account information will be collected by a third party hereby disclosed as Paypal. Since the mid 1970's, Buttercup Cheese  has been delivering high quality cheeses to various retail venues and restaurants throughout the Central New York region. We offer wholesale pricing for 98% of the items shown on our website to various cooperatives, grocery stores, convenience marts, restaurants, and seasonal farm stands throughout Jefferson, Oswego, Oneida, Onondaga, Madison, Cortland, Tompkins and Broome Counties.
